The injured victims were taken to Divine Touch Hospital and Glory Centre Hospital in Ibafo, Ogun State, for medical attention. The bodies of the deceased have been deposited at the Idera morgue in Sagamu.

FRSC Sector Commander, Mr. Akinwumi Fasakin, who visited the scene, expressed condolences to the families of the deceased. He also urged individuals whose relatives may have been traveling along the route that morning and have not yet arrived at their destination to contact the FRSC Ibafo Unit for further information.

The wrecked vehicles have been cleared from the road to ease the significant traffic congestion caused by the crash.
